[alfa] re; Valve Clearance Tolerance

Wes once told me, at a tech session here in the Bay Area,
that we can run the clearances to 0.011. I didn't have the
chance to ask him what circumstances he meant; he was
giving a talk about performance rebuilds, so I'm not sure
if it applied to when you have stiffer springs, or longer
duration cams, etc.

Anyone know the reasons for this type of recommendation?
