Rod,

With regards you clutch problem, AlfaStop in the UK are the people to talk to
in order to find appropriate replacement or rebuild parts.  They are familiar
with all the various permutations of Alfa hydraulics -- in left-hand drive
markets, 105s had under floor hydraulics throughout production, as firewall
mounted masters and boosters would have fouled the carbs.  

AlfaStop are great guys, and deliver quickly all over the world.  
I'm even further away from them than you are, and have only been happy with
their service and delivery.
