Okay...just to play with your heads a bit (but in a nice, constructive 
way) what are the differences (in hp) with the thinner Euro plastic fan 
and an electric fan?

Yes of course the electric one will cool better at idle / slow speeds, 
but does the thin plastic one overcome any (or perhaps all) hp differences?
