[alfa] Electric Cooling Fan

Just to throw in my two cents, when I bought my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee
the sales literature boasted that the model year changeover to an electric
cooling fan saved "up to" 20 bhp. That was for the 5.9 Litre engine, and
I'll grant that salespeople are optimistic, but it's still significant.
