[alfa] milano timing belt replacement

I recently bought another Milano with the Tom Zat belt tensioner and I want
to change the timing belt but the weather here in Pennsylvania is in the 30s
at night and only in the 50s during the day. The garage is unheated.
Is it to cold to change the belt?
