[alfa] pulley failures

I dunno about all these late model pulley failures, but cracks are very
common on 1600 and 1750 pulleys, especially along the keyway slot.  It's
hard to find ones that aren't cracked.  Maybe the late Spider pulleys are
now getting the age where it's happening to them.
