Replace it. If the mechanical tensioner has allowed the belt to jump a 
cog or two, the spring in the tensioner is possibly weakened. As this 
is the common failure mode for these puppies (and there is no sure way 
to tell short of a complex tension measuring procedure that most of us 
have neither the equipment nor the expertise to perform), resetting it 
is a recipe for disaster. DON'T RISK IT! FIT A NEW ONE!
