For cars that are stock, there are a number of ways to visually tell a US 67
from a US 69 Spider:
 
15" vs. 14" wheels
Different hubcaps
Different side marker lights (1600 has them in front of the door, 1750 has
them front and rear at the ends of the car)
Different trunk emblems
Probably different outside mirror
Headrests
 
I think the grille protection bar was an accessory, not a factory thing?
