[alfa] Small crack where trans meets the block

Cats,

Noticed a small crack where my transmission bolts to the
block. Drivers side upper bolt. It would be in the threaded
part of the block. A small crack of about 1 cm curves away
from the mating surface. Transmission is not loose, it's 
against the block tight. Had a recent clutch job and new
lightened flywheel. Maybe this bolt was over tightened? Is it 
anything to worry about? This is a '74 GTV.

Also - anyone have knowledge of the back of CHP tickets
mean? Offline contact for this one as NAC. Trying to decifer
an entry called "Last IACP" and then a date.
