[alfa] 1960's Seat Belt Mounting Points

Perhaps someone a bit older than my 41 years knows the exact date, but at some
point in the early or mid-60s, all US-market cars were required to have
mounting points. I think the year was around '63 or '64. It allowed dealer- or
factory-installed rear belts as a buyer option
