[alfa] Fiat/Alfa management with German experience

To those who made comments about the recent hiring of Karl-Heinz Kalbfell to run Alfa Romeo and his background with BMW, remember that nowadays, upper management seems to circulate liberally between companies. Germany being a strong producer, it can't surprise that managers have experience from there.

For example, Herbert Demel,CEO of Fiat Auto, has a background with VW/Audi and Magna-Steyr (the ex Ferrari President, Luca di Montezelomo, is chairman of Fiat Group). Other examples of cross pollination include the Greek designer Andreas Zapatinas who finished the 147 and was instrumental for other projects; he came from BMW and is now at Subaru. Walter de'Silva, Zapatinas's predecessor at Alfa, is now at Audi.
