Extended Warranty/Car Warranty Direct?

Has anyone had experience with this company?  Their website is 
carwarrantiesdirect.com.  Their plan seems good, but I would like to hear any 
positive or negative feedback about them.  Also, if there are other companies 
I should look into, I will.  My warranty is due to expire in August, so I am 
looking around now for an extended.
