About 6 weeks ago in the "Tech Talk" section of the Binder Bulletin site
there was a discussion thread that included this adjustment procedure for
the vacuum advance on Mallory distributors. Pretty simple, really -- just
a 3/32" allen wrench in thru the barb fitting where the vacuum hose
