4 Wheel Parts Wholesalers (800-421-1050) advertises Sport King for $89.95 &
Mud King for $99.95  - of course you'll have to add F.E.T and shipping.  But
they are new - and guaranteed.

Don't know 4WPW, but I have had good luck with National Tire & Wheel in WV
(800-847-3287).

Try retreads http://www.mallmerchant.com/retreads/tires1.htm $50 each for
31" Muds.  Don't know them either...
