[ihc] Rubber: White in, or white out?

Tires are here.  Originally I'd planned on running the white outlines
in....but after standing them up against the truck I'm having second
thoughts. So I'm soliciting advice.

Anyone?  Note that the blue crap is still on the white, of course:
