ew, yuk.

i had one of those with the digest.net server a month or so back; it was
preventing Ryan from seeing the web site, along with a couple of other
people.

somebody at my colo provider "upgraded" a circuit and broke the router
config in the process. they also didn't notice it until i called them after 24+
hours to ask what was up (it didn't block all access, just some access, so
if you tested the right paths, you wouldn't see the outage.)
