Pete,
That swaying you are experiencing is from worn rubber spring
bushings, usually. Didn't you just put new springs on the truck? If you
did, did you replace the frame side shackle bushings? Alot of times guys
cheese out and don't replace them and even after a spring lift have lots
of sway.
