Latham, I've only seen pictures and read Jim's descriptions but his setup is awesome. He designed and custom built the whole setup. It has more cool features than any plow I have ever seen. Maybe you could get him to design and build the ultimate snowplow system for your Scout... ;-]
Says Mike, who wants to inherit Jim's truck and plow many, many years from now.

It is getting close - the 2005 Dakar starts January 1st!

Mike, thanks for the compliment. I spent so much time on that system that no one could afford to have me build one. I would like to sell the truck and all the things that I built for it some day to some one on this list or that appreciates the IH. Or maybe as I wear out before the 1310, I will park it where I can look at it and try to remember what it's doing there.
I checked out the web page where the pics abd write up is and I notice that some of the pictures are gone. Now I have remember how I did the page so I can repair it. I wonder if Medicare can help?
There is almost enough snow to go plowing here in North central Washington.
Damn!

I live in Miami, FL - this post made me want a snow plow Like Jim's. <g>

What's the URL?
Today it looks as if the web page is ok. The Mercedes was killed by a suicidal deer, but there is a photo of my wife and I. And on the motorcycle page is a photo of our dog . The URAL is at the bottom of my signature
