[alfa] Piston wrist pin retainers

Well realize there are folks out there who have rebuilt multitudes of
engines - especially compared to me.

That said (but can't remember which engine but Fiat comes to mind)
pistons came complete with little white Teflon bungs in place of pin
retainers. Push pin in, center, pop bungs in, push down, then squish
rings in and you're home free.

Too new for Alfa even though this had to be well over 25 years ago?
