[alfa] Spica Moan

My '69 Spider moans/whines at idle.  Was intermittant with the original fuel
pump and is now continuous.  The noise comes from the fuel filter system in
the engine compartment.  I've cleaned the assembly and changed the filter and
gasket.  I've owned the car for 20 years or so and the only thing that has
changed from original stock setup is a new fuel pump.  The pump bought on ebay
is a generic Bosch that is also used on Ferraris, Bentleys and P-cars.  Fuel
pressure too high?
