[alfa] how to turn the V6 rocker arm shaft.

Remove the plug at the back of the head with a 10mm allen ranch.
Insert a 10x1.25 bolt bout two inches long into the end of the rocker arm
shaft.
Turn in until it bottoms, plus a little more. Now turn it back a little and it
should be loose.
Repeat if neccessary.
