You're in luck with regard to the key. The only place west of the 
Mississippi (so they say) who has the machine and the blanks for 
duplicating that silly tongue depressor is in Mountain View. It's 
called Mountain View Door Closer Key & Lock Services, Inc. They are 
located at 171 Castro street (the main drag in Mountain View) between 
Villa and Evelyn (650) 968-3323. It cost me about $12 for mine about 
2-years ago.
