[alfa] 3rd brake light bulbs on 164S and 91-> Spider

Tangentially, at least in my Spider, the Sylvania index or whatever at the
parts store lists a little $9 halogen bulb for the 3d brake light--you need
4 of them!!--but the part actually a $1.50 incandescent one. If you have a
Spider, you really do need to take one of the burned out bulbs to the Auto
Zone or wherever to match them up. The parts lists are all wrong.
