[alfa] Tranny removal and install

Maybe I'm just wierd, but I've done this on a few spiders by just removing 
the passenger  center panel and reaching in and loosening the shifter boots and 
removing the bolt to the shifter and laying it to the side.
I also replaced the boot by just removing both side panels and leaving the 
center console in place.
