[alfa] Underheating GTV

Did you bleed the cooling system at both the water pump and manifold? I 
think you've got a bunch of air in the system. You need to have the coolant 
temp at 180F minimum to ensure that the Thermostatic Acutator on the 
injection pump leans to a running mixture when the engine is warm.
