Hi Steve:

There's a smallish rubber/plastic triangle on the trailing edge of each 
door.  Each is held in place by two screws, and fits into a triangular 
depression in the rear door jamb.  If that part is cracked/loose/missing, 
the door will rattle, even when fully closed.  Many of the usual Alfa parts 
vendors sell them for ~$5 each, or if you're nuts, you can find them on 
eBay for >$20/pair.

After you've got the new part installed, tighten the screws about 75% 
tight, and open/close the door a few times to get the alignment 
correct.  They shouldn't interfere with door closing, or cause you to have 
to slam the door.  And, if you over-tighten the screws, the part will 
distort, and snag slightly as you close the door.  I don't think they're so 
much for door alignment as they are for the rattling problem.
