[alfa] Traffic getting into this year's Concorso

I agree 100% - this year's traffic was awful, and the organizers
could have done some SIMPLE things to reduce the problem.
It also took us an hour to get from Hwy 1 onto the grass.  This
was from about 8:00 am to 9:00.  Last year we were about
a 1/2 hr earlier, and spent perhaps 30 minutes in the same
ordeal.  Despite the organizers' claims that they recognized
the problems from 2003, and had corrected them for 2004,
my sense is that things were exactly the same.

To say something positive about the weekend, traffic control at  
Laguna Seca for Saturday's vintage races was outstanding - lots 
of well-informed people directing traffic, good signage, ...  We
came in from Salinas on Reservation Road, and were in the
Alfa corral in no time.

Yea, I'll still probably be back in the Concorso traffic next
year.  Once you fight your way in, it's worth it!
