I only use Centerline's special cam cover gaskets. Since I'm not a big
believer in overly tightening down the cam cover hollow bolts / nuts
they do require tightening fairly frequently. Don't quote me on this but
it does seem that after a number of "tightenings" they don't seal as
well. I've been lazy and have been meaning to change the gasket on my
own Alfetta GT since it is weeping a bit of oil but the hollow bolts /
nuts are tight.
