[alfa] Mild Mods and California

Hey folks...

So, I have reason to be taking off my cylinder head on my Spider, so I 
was thinking of having some fun while I was in there. But I also live 
in California and the car still needs to be smoggable. So, my question 
what all can I do while I'm in there and still pass smog in two years? 
This is also my daily driver, but I'm used to driving hopped up 
vehicles, and I rarely sit in traffic. I was thinking 11mm cams (some 
say they pass smog, others say they don't) and big valves/springs, but 
I'd love to hear opinions and btdt.
