[alfa] Alfasud panel lights fault

In reply to Anthony's query in Digest 321 ("Sometimes when I switch the
headlights on, the panel lights do
not switch on.  Other times they do.") -

Anthony, when the fault occurs, do the sidelights & tail lights also fail to
switch on?  Or just the panel lights?  This info will help isolate the
fault.
