[alfa] 164 belts access/replacement

Hello,
This may seem rudementary for many but how do you get access to all the belts on the front of the motor? Do you just take off the inner fender cover and work from the outside of the car through the wheel well? 

How tight should the main serpentine belt be?

I'm replacing the ac compressor so any other tidbits worth sharing would be helpful. I'm still learning about the 164.
