RE: [alfa] Alfa GT Junior Repair Update
I knew my skepticism was well founded. The other day I took the car out for a drive the same misfiring then stalling happened again.
That is when I noticed the negative wire from the ignition coil was broken off. This explains the thermo related failures from before when the car would warm up then a block later it would start to misfire again.
Expensive lesson learned: Check carefully ALL ignition wires.
P.S.
I thought someone had mentioned that the Alfa Giulia GT 1300 Junior(105.30) were not imported into the U.S., but this is not the case. This Junior was built September 5th, 1969 and delivered to Alfa Romeo at Rexdale, New Jersey on September 24th, 1969.
Black skai interior is nothing special, is it?
