Subject: [alfa] Milano rearview mirror removal?
Hello there,
Does someone knows an easy way to remove the rear view mirrir of the Milano
without braking something? There are not visible screws, does the center (roof
mounted) console has to come off first?
Sometimes the first time you have to remove something that you are not
familiar seems kind of hard when in reality it's very simple... :-)
Thank you,
Gilles

Gilles, just sit in one of the front seats, grasp the vertical shaft of the
mirror and pull down smartly. Its held in place by spring tension and is
designed to give way under collision etc--so you won't hurt anything and it can
be placed back. Just be mindful that it'll give way suddenly and not gradually.
