[alfa] Flywheel bolts

I remember a thread recently about the weird M9 flywheel bolts from the
1600/1750 cars - but I never saw whether anybody found a source? Looks like I
need a set.

This is for the 8 bolt flywheel cars - would also like to find new "crescents"
- the threaded inserts that the flywheel bolts to?
