[alfa] re: GTV6 in-tank filter, injector cleaner sought

I don't know anything about local places, there are several that I know of that you can ship your injectors to. I've used http://www.cruzinperformance.com/ and they turned them around w/in a couple of days. It was pretty impressive. They also provide you with the results of their flow testing, so you know exactly how well your rebuilt injectors actually perform.

As for the in-tank filter, it's just a little screen, right? Unless the inside of your tank is deteriorating, I wouldn't worry about it.

Subject: [alfa] GTV6 in-tank filter, injector cleaner sought

Hi all,

Does anybody know of a source for new GTV6 in-tank fuel
filters? I'm not seeing them listed in any of the usual
suspects' parts catalogs.

Also, can anyone recommend a place in the SF Bay Area
that does fuel-injector cleaning? I would like to flush
the fuel rail and injectors and verify that they are
spraying rather than dribbling.

Regards
Tom
