AOL problems

   Since the move to the new server recently the digest delivery on aol
has been very erratic at best,  sometimes the  digest's arrive 3-4 days
late, and in random order. this seems to be related to the size of the
digest as they seem to be larger since the move. I tried the non digest
version and it still seems to be a free_ for_ all with replies arriving
before the original post, and mostly in random order. 
     I think Richard's email accounts would be a good solution for the
mail delivery problems on aol, but I thought I would try something
different, so I got a email account from juno (www.juno.com) since it is
a free account, and since there is a local dial in number for me. I have
had the account subscribed to the digest for about a week now with no
problems at all, the digest's arrive in order, and on the day they are
sent. also the software includes a spell checker, and a signature line
feature, which are not available on aol.
