Subject: [alfa] 6cyl front tranny?

Greetings. Did Alfa use the V6 in any Euro cars with a front mounted
tranny? Need to settle a bet with a friend. I was thinking that some sort
of version of the Alfa 6 used this setup, and the trannny was used in a V6
conversion in a 105 GTV. TIA, Ron.
Yeah, the Alfa 6 used the DeDion rear end with inboard brakes, and torsion bars in the front, like an Alfetta, but the gearbox was bolted to the motor (2.0 or 2.5 V6, as the name implies) in the conventional fashion.
